Let's Go Streaking

I thought it would be fun to do a new 30 day streak for every month of 2012 (can you tell I'm riding the "New Year" wave?)

Some streak ideas (mostly health related):
  • Fast food fast
  • Work out for at least 30 minutes every day
  • Read a daily devotional
  • 20 push-ups everyday
  • Pray every night
January's streak--> no drinking

I only drink on the weekends but when I drink I get drunk. When I get drunk, I get hungry. When I get hungry I want to eat fast food. When I eat fast food late at night I gain weight and feel like crap. When I feel like crap (from drinking and eating a grease bomb) I do nothing the next day. When I do nothing....well just simply that...I do nothing. No working out, no eating healthy, no motivation to get things done.

So my streak "no drinking" sounds simple but it encompasses so much more. I'm excited!
