
2011 in review. It's normal to train for a half marathon at the beginning of the year and then do absolutely nothing the rest of the year right? No? Yea I didn't think so.
So although I don't like "resolutions" I do love me some goals. My main running goal: double my mileage in 2012. I ended 2011 with 373.23 miles. Times that by two and you get a nice even number of 746.46.
